The Power Of Praise And Worship

(Psalm 22:3, Psalm 100:4, 2 chronicles 20:18-23)

You invoke the power of God when you begin to praise and worship

  • Do not underrate a time of worship.

What is Praise?

It is an expression of appreciation

  • When you praise a person, you appreciate them for what they are or what they do.
  • When we praise God, we appreciate Him for who He is, what He has done and what He can do.

Being Filled With The Holy Ghost

We will crush at some point if we don’t realize the benefits of being filled with the Holy Ghost

  • Even Paul was prayed for and filled with the Holy Spirit before he started his ministry (Acts 9:17)
  • Jesus waited 27 years before starting his ministry and he had to be filled with the Holy Spirit before he started.

Being filled with the Holy Spirit means being directed by the Holy Spirit, being controlled by the Holy Spirit, being empowered by the Holy Spirit. Continue reading Being Filled With The Holy Ghost

The Grace That Makes You an Overcomer

Message by: Pastor M. Ngoma

There is a Grace that will change your story and make you an overcomer.

  • You weren’t born to be in reproach.

Grace will operate on one basis, the Grace of salvation (2 Corinthians 5:17)

  • This is the primary platform of your Grace.
  • We say we were born overcomers because of this grace of salvation. Jesus already overcame the world.
  • Because he already suffered shame on your behalf, you don’t need to go through the same shame.

You can’t be more than a conqueror if you aren’t in Christ. Continue reading The Grace That Makes You an Overcomer

A Step Of Faith

Hebrews 11 vs 1-6

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
For by it the elders obtained a good report.
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.
By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him
God didn’t tell the Israelites of the struggles on the way to Canaan. He only told them he prepared a land flowing with milk and honey. If He had told them of the difficulties, they would’ve prepared. Faith is leaving whatever you depend upon and depending on God. It is the establishment of what we are expecting, it isn’t there yet but we believe it is.
