The Grace of Self-Control

Genesis 39:7-12, Galatians 5:22-24, Galatians 5:16

This Grace is connected with the fear of the Lord.

Gifts of the Holy Ghost never surpass the fruits of the Spirit.

  • The fruits only come out when you’re born again.

Salvation and self-control are expensive.

  • They may cost even blood and life.

Everything valuable under the sun goes through a test.

  • If you have a dream, don’t let anything kill it.

The Grace That Makes You an Overcomer

Message by: Pastor M. Ngoma

There is a Grace that will change your story and make you an overcomer.

  • You weren’t born to be in reproach.

Grace will operate on one basis, the Grace of salvation (2 Corinthians 5:17)

  • This is the primary platform of your Grace.
  • We say we were born overcomers because of this grace of salvation. Jesus already overcame the world.
  • Because he already suffered shame on your behalf, you don’t need to go through the same shame.

You can’t be more than a conqueror if you aren’t in Christ. Continue reading The Grace That Makes You an Overcomer

(Genesis 29:18-28)

What is it that you want in this life?

  • valuable things don’t come easy.
  • God has made it so that it is a process,
  • Jesus endured 9 months in his mother’s womb, yet he was a miracle baby.
  • For 30 years, Jesus waited to start his 3 year ministry. That was a process he had to go through.
  • God’s friend, Abraham, full of god’s promises waited for so long for the fulfillment of the promises made to him.

Types of Grace (Week 5)

Message by Bishop C Holla

THE GRACE OF PRUDENCE

1 Samuel 16:18, 1 Samuel 17:17-20

What is the grace of prudence? The spirit of doing things with care.

David understood his calling and his business (1 Samuel 17:22)

  • Can you be trusted with resources? With someone’s property?
  • We need the spirit of ownership.
  • Everything we do, no matter how small, matters in the end. You may not know who’s watching.
  • We should show ownership over whatever God has entrusted to us.
